I, like so many others, was worried about ordering a mattress without being able to try it out. I read hundreds of reviews on different shopping sites. After reading the reviews about this mattress, I decided to take the plunge and order it. The mattress was delivered in a timely manner. I "rolled" it down the hall and lifted it onto my foundation by myself ( I am a middle-aged, healthy female) and it wasn't that hard. I opened the outer sack as directed. The mattress started expanding as soon as I cut the shrink wrap. Some reviews stated it took a few hours for the mattress to completey expand. The mattress was a full 12" within 20 minutes. My husband works crazy hours, so he had to go to bed at 7:00 that evening. The mattress was fully expanded and ready for him even though I had just opened it around 5:00 pm. We LOVE this mattress. There is no smell. There is no movement when either of us get in or out of bed. I HIGHLY recommend this mattress. There are no aches and pains in the morning. Both of us sleep very well and wake refreshed and ready to face our day. GREAT BUY!!!!

For months I shopped for memory foam mattresses around stores and then online, and saw Best Price Mattress had a store in my area. Their prices are cheaper online, but I had to try it first. It felt great- better than other more expensive mattresses, and the manager answered all of my questions, so I bought it and after a week it is fantastic! Better than my girlfriend's which cost $2000+.

If you are considering buying this mattress, please be aware that if you want to return it through Amazon's A to Z return program, you must contact the seller within 14 days of receipt of the mattress.Unfortunately, we did not do this, because we really liked the mattress at first. It felt quite firm for about two nights, then seemed to break in and soften up a bit. The problem is, it never stopped breaking in, and what seemed like a nice amount of give at first, quickly turned into sagging. This sagging occured in spite of rotating the bed religiously since having it. Within about three weeks of sleeping on it, we realized that the firmness was deteriorating at an alarming rate, and decided to try to return it.However, since we did not contact the seller within 14 days, we could not return it through Amazon. I contacted Best Price Mattress, and after about a month-and-a-half of general flakiness, vague answers, and failure to follow through (on their part), I finally received an e-mail with instructions explaining how to return the mattress.Essentially, we would have to package the mattress and pay to ship it back in order to receive a refund. I looked into shipping options through Fedex and UPS and got very specific price quotes for the size of the mattress. As it turns out, it would cost about the price of the mattress to get it back to the store in California.So, unfortunately, we are stuck with this awful mattress. We will definitely need to replace it within the next few months, which is insane because we just bought it.If you, like us, are baited into buying this mattress from all of the positive reviews, don't repeat our mistake! Figure out whether you like it quickly, then return it through Amazon.
