I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I ordered these hulking high-thread count behemoths. I really had to wrestle them out of the package and into the machine for the first wash. At the cal king size, there is so much dense fabric that you'll need a full size washer and drier to properly and delicately care for them. Follow the instructions!Intensely plum-colored and dark, they are beautiful and well stitched. They wrinkle like mad, and I can only imagine that it would be quite a chore to iron them if I cared to.They are so solid and thick they barely fit into the category of "bed sheet". Because of the weight, I would not recommend the sheets for warmer seasons or climates, and you might skip the comforter even in winter.They are crazy luxurious and totally not general-purpose easy care sheets, but they are absolutely top notch and I enjoy them.

I am a luxury linen addict, have several 1000+ thread count sheet sets, and would call myself a stickler for quality. I use these sheets in the winter, and they are lovely. Absolutely lovely. Thick, soft, and completely luxurious, I use a down comforter and 1500t.c. duvet cover in addition and it is like sleeping on clouds. No chills can touch me!!!They are thick, and do require an entire laundry load to themselves, they do wrinkle, and take a bit of time to dry, but they are so worth it! The color is even wonderful, and it has a little sheen to it. We have them in taupe. I would recommend these to people, and have given a few sets as Christmas gifts, all to rave reviews. Treat yourself!

"My order was delivered surprisingly quickly. The sheets were bought as a birthday gift for my daughter. She really likes them. She said they do not feel real heavy and that they are very soft and comfortable. My son-in-law said that he does not sweat like he has been with their other sheets. I would highly recommend these sheets."
