These pillows are made of real organic latex, which is far superior to plastic memory foam products. Only real latex is a natural product compared to other foams. These pillows offer non-allergenic long term resiliency. These pillows (2 to a shipment) are of top quality, one piece (not shredded), and thick enough to offer good support. I would describe these as firm; however, firmness is very subjective. The 2 zones is an option that allows for more firmness in the neck region and a bit lesser firmness where your head lies, resulting in superior neck support; however, the company may offer other options. The pillows have a washable removable zippered cotton case. Before I discovered Organic Textiles, I searched for foam pillows, only to be disappointed in the plastic memory foam or lower priced thinner latex foam pillows. Now there is a high quality foam pillow available. True to size and of uncompromising quality, these pillows are highly recommended. I recommend this product and also the seller for excellent and friendly customer service.

Ain't even in menopause yet, and the sweats at night are killing me. Woke up with a wet head a lot, hot and sticky. Not very conducive to a good night's sleep. I would awaken often to fluff my old pillow up to support my neck and head. Our pillows are over 8 years old and much too soft and lost their shape and any firmness at all - at wit's end...so I did a LOT of searching and chose these pillows.All I can say is: Heaven...I'm in HEAVEN.....a great night's sleep and the PERFECT amount of support for my head. I am a side sleeper exclusively, with my arm above my head under the pillow, the other resting on top of the pillow by my head. Kind of like a pillow hug. My arm underneath would be asleep and I hot as heck with my old pillow, but with this one, I remained blissfully cool, and my head and neck supported, with my arm happy too! :) I awoke very rested and ready for the day! YES!! I seem to have hit a home run the first choice!My husband found them to be too firm for him, as he sleeps side, back and tummy, so I use the other pillow between my knees for additional support (which I kinda wanted to do anyway, mua haha), and he uses our two soft ones. There is absolutely NO SMELL that I could detect right out of the box and first night, and I have a sensitive sense of smell.I would describe the pillows as exactly in between a very firm and very soft pillow; just enough give so that the head and neck are supported very nicely. Even reading in bed with my stand and watching TV feels perfect, as opposed to having to prop up my old pillow ten thousand times and ways.A hit with this kid!! Well done!!

Great latex pillow....found it very comfortable.........arrived on time in excellent condition....Would highly recommend this pillow.....and the company that produces it.........
