The colors are a bit washed out but that adds to the "shabby chic" look I guess. The photo is waaay deceiving. Picture is of a full size bed with a queen quilt on it. I ordered king and it's a stretch to say it covers the mattress, but then I expected that. All in all the price is great.

The quilt is beautiful and the photo on Amazon does not do justice to the quilt and shams. The quilt and shams are beautiful and a very high quality, better than I had anticipated. Very happy with the quilt and shams and both look great on the bed.
