Quality Piece

The line between tasteful and tacky is quite fine when dealing with beach themed items, and this quilt won't make your home look like a kid's room or a Miami dive bar. The colors are subtle and the pattern isn't cutesy or obnoxious. I waited to review it in order to give it a few washes and so far so good. It is cotton filled and the stitching is tight.

Although I must tell you, you will have to buy all pillow shams and skirt separate..kind of pricy, but I do plan on having it for a good while. :)

Upscale Beach!

Looks great in my beach themed bedroom. I agree with the reviewer who stated that there is a fine line between tacky and refined... this set is easy on the eyes, goes well with distressed off white furniture, and the curtains and pillows round it all off. So well made that it is worth the investment. Have paid more for other sets that do not stand up to the wear of three small dogs! Despite the price for all of the items, I would buy it again!
