The product came quick and efficiently.I did not have any issues with the green soft foam expanding like others noted in their reviews.Mine had fully expanded within a few hours and was ready for use.Makes for a great mattress topper but unless properly supported underneath would not make as a great solo mattress, particularly if you're on the heavier side.Hope some of this helps!

It never expanded! I waited a week with it spread out on a box spring and the top layer never "puffed" up. I even emailed the seller with a dumb question about ways to encourage the product to "work. I got a curt response confirming my question was dumb, but I was desperate!Anyway, this wasn't my first memory foam mattress, so I was pretty sure I had a dud after 2 days of waiting, but I waited a full 7 days before I started the arduos process of returning a half-expanded mattress. In comes vacuum packed to begin with so returning it after you open it is pretty tricky. Other reviewers said the same thing happened to them but I thought those were experiences were to unusual to be common. Not so!

I went against my better judgement and purchased this mattress even though others said theirs were defective. FAIL. I opened it and didn't mess with it....hoping it would expand I would be one of the lucky ones....NOPE. After a full 96 hours it wasn't even close to useable. (I read it needed 24-72 hours to "puff up") The green foam was separating from the yellow foam. On the bright side I purchased through PRIME and Amazon was great about returning it. NOTE: there is NO way to package it back up to ship back (we tried) but with one chat with Amazon they are having a company come pick up the pad from my home and return it to Amazon at no charge to me.
