It's extremely soft which is no surprise because it's posted as such. For me, it flattens out nicely. It's good for people who like a bit of support and appreciate its softness. I think it's a great pillow for certain people, although a bit expensive!

What do I like about this product?

I have had some neck issues when sleeping. This pillow cradles my neck and supports it. I'm considering buying another to elevate my head a little more. It's the most I've ever spent on a pillow but it feels like a cloud.
