I have edited this review up from a 1 star to a 5 star based solely on the customer service from this company. We were initially worried that what arrived was not what we ordered, but thanks to David, who went above and beyond what he might have done, we are completely satisfied!!!Be aware that the bed will NOT look like the pictures when it arrives. It will expand into a usable bed :-)This is a great product, and I will recommend it to anyone!

I bought this set for my college-age son. I was concerned about the quality because the price was so low. I was very pleasantly surprised--the bed is so comfortable! The mattress is soft yet firm. My son loves the mattress set and so does our four cats...:-)

It came very quickly in good packaging. So simple to assemble...box spring just pops out and open! This was for my 7 year old and it is very comfortable.
