I have been sleeping on this mattress topper for two weeks. I bought a really new, cheap, generic, firm king sized bed from Craigslist, and then bought this mattress topper to go on it. It replaced my 4-year-old pillow top, brand name mattress that came with a "10 year warranty." The pillow top mattress had significant dipping where we slept after just a few months. The manufacturer said "some settling is expected." It felt like my husband and I were in two valleys with a mountain in the middle! Now with our new, firm bed and this topper on it, the bed is flat and very comfortable! The foam topper is firm enough to be supportive, yet soft enough to let me be very comfortable. I have no problems rolling over, changing positions, or sleeping on my side. I am always comfortable now!When I went shopping for a new bed four years ago and bought the pillow top mattress, I tried laying down on the expensive memory foam beds in the store. I felt like I sunk in waaaay too much, and that I couldn't move! I also felt like if I laid close to the edge, that I would roll right off the bed, there was not enough support. I am glad I tried buying the cheap, firm mattress, then bought this mattress topper. I think it is a perfect combination! I know two weeks isn't very long, I'll update my review in a year or two, and see how it goes. But I'm really excited about how well I'm sleeping, I couldn't wait to review this product. I spent weeks researching memory foam toppers. I read the reviews here on amazon, as well as on SamsClub.com.I am 8 months pregnant, and I WAS waking up sore and uncomfortable in the middle of the night with my pillow top mattress. After sleeping on this memory foam mattress, I have slept through the night, without waking up several times in the last two weeks (9 hours of straight sleep)! When I do wake up, it is to use the bathroom, then I get back in bed and go right back to sleep! Normally I would be awake for hours trying to fall asleep again! But not anymore! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mattress. My husband doesn't feel the bed shaking when I climb in and out, too!The mattress topper fits the bed PERFECTLY, edge to edge, top to bottom. The cover fits over the mattress topper and mattress perfectly, keeping everything in place. I have had NO problem with the topper slipping and sliding.We don't feel too hot, either. Even with the mattress pad that is on top of the memory foam. Our pillow top bed was extremely hot. (I'm pregnant, in Tucson, AZ in the summer time, and I don't think the bed feels hot! It's amazing!)One thing to be aware is that the mattress does give off fumes the first week or so. If you can, let it air out. I live in Tucson, and it's summer time, so we can't open the windows. But I have been throwing the blankets and pillows off the bed every morning, and then I turn on the ceiling fan and open my bedroom door wide. I did put on a medium-thickness quilted mattress pad over the foam topper to help protect it and keep it clean. (bought the pad at Ross for about $30.00)! I don't know if the mattress pad slows down the fumes from escaping, drawing out the process, or not. But it's been about 1.5 weeks now, and I think the fumes are gone, and I can make my bed every morning now. The first night was hard to sleep, just getting used to the feel of the new bed, and the fumes, but after that, it has been fine, as long as you keep the bed airing out during the daytime (for about a week), I can sleep at night just fine.I am SO glad I made this purchase. The mattress topper is cheaper at Sam's Club, online. Amazon raised the price from $139 to $199 in the last week or two! Crazy! It WAS cheaper at Amazon, with the free shipping.August 17, 2013: I STILL love my mattress topper! The outer cover is in pristine shape, I do have another mattress pad to cover it all, to keep it clean. It is in perfect shape. Maybe once or twice a year I have to tweak the topper and slide it back over a few inches to square it up with the bed underneath, but I think that is completely reasonable, especially considering all the kids jumping and playing on the bed! It is still as good as new, and of course there are NO odors. AND I'm 9 months pregnant. It's very comfy.

I received this topper as a Christmas a few days ago. It is perfect and I sleep great in it. I have purchased a topper years before but had to replace it due to my niece (9 months old) urinating on it. Most toppers I have seen do not actually cover the complete mattress (including the one I had before). This fits every square inch and squared off the mattress for a cleaner look when the bed is made. One point to look for though, I found it much cheaper at Sam's ($99.98 for queen)

I've have, for close to 10 years, a sleep number bed, and it's been for the last couple of years to the point where I started considering a new bed. The pillow top (back then it was the only thing they offered as a topper) is shot out, but I still love the adjustable firmness. I saw these toppers over the last few years popping up all over the place, and wondered how well it would go with a sleep number bed. I see now they do offer this style topper as an add on, so instead of buying a new bed, I figured I'd invest first in the one in sams club which happens to be this one in the queen size.The insert said, give it 24 hours to puff back up... well It puffed back up and was wrinkle free in just about 3 to 4 hours. The insert said, and other reviews for similar products also comment about an odor.... There was not a bit of odor to be detected here. Either I got really lucky, or the insert is really being cautious. Either way, in just a few hours it was bed ready... and what a difference, it's the best of both worlds, adjustable firmness, a perfect 2.5" makes it just right, and the best night sleep ever. It doesn't get nearly as hot (which was a major concern) as the Tempur-Pedic I've slept on, and the depth is just right.
