I originally had the 600 thread count sheets, and decide to upgrade my bed to the 1500, as a birthday gift. The softness is surreal, even more so than I expected. It feels like silk. I always wash my sheets a few times before putting them on my bed, and even after the 3 washings (to get that "processed" smell out) they are still soft and amazing. If you can afford to spring for these, do it. Even the ones with a lesser thread count are study and soft, if you are looking for a less expensive option. These will be the only sheets I will ever use anymore.If you want an idea of the softness, go to your local craft store and find some bamboo fiber yarn. I know bamboo doesn't invoke images of softness, but go surprise yourself. Then come back and buy a set of bamboo sheets.So glad I found these! Wow. These freakin things are great! I've known women that didn't feel this good! I should have ordered them in pink!I got them in about a week, washed them, per directions, and put them on my new bed. When I did I saw tear in the seam of the fitted sheet. I took and picture and contacted the seller. The seller responded quickly and sent me a new set! These make a lot of lint in the dryer the first time you put them in there, but THEY ARE INSANELY SOFT!Thanks to the great customer service I received I'll likely purchase more in another color too!

Had this for a while now. Still very very soft. I guess my wife didnt wash it correct or it might just be our water because now there are these random spots on the set. It doesnt effect the comfort.
