I've tried several different variations of memory foam mattress toppers and they each serve their own purpose. This is a nice, lightweight foam that unrolls and expands quickly and completely. Although you think the ends will remain crushed, there's plenty of elasticity in the blend of foam. Because of the lightweight density and only being two inches thick, it does not offer great support but does provide therapeutic softness if you're looking for a topper on a hard mattress. I personally wouldn't put in on top of a soft mattress since the result would be extreme squishiness. In general, these mattress toppers are a great value and add a lot of life to old mattresses as well as new ones that are still a little tough.Overall, most memory foam toppers are a good value, but I would still recommend a three inch topper to truly get the benefits from memory foam.

I was in the market for a new mattress and had been shopping around for a month or so.. It had been a long time since I had bought my mattress and so I was shocked at how much a new mattress is! Then right before I was going to buy one, the opportunity to get a mattress topper came and I jumped at the chance.I had heard that memory foam is too soft for people with back problems (me) and gets too hot for people who run hot (me), but I have not experienced a problem with either. The softness of the foam is not an issue and I have not experienced any increase in lower back pain since I have been sleeping on this (about 3 months). Also, I run very hot and sweat at increase in temperature and have not had any issues feeling over-heated at night.As soon as I put this on my bed, I knew it was going to be perfect; as I would never continue to use any product that interfered with a good night's sleep.I would highly recommend this product for anyone who would like to prolong the life of an older mattress or just add more comfort to their sleep.

This foam mattress topper is like getting a new mattress. Previously, I would sink into sections of my old mattress, causing back pain. But this one is sooo comfortable. It is firm, sturdy and it prevents shifting.If two people are sharing the bed, you can't sink into each other. This keeps the bodies separate, no piercing into the bed. It is with great support and the body is evenly distributed for a good night sleep.The fit is perfect, and I am using a queen size. For the first night, you might want to air it out, as it does contain some chemical smells. Second night, you are good for a rejuvenated night's sleep. This is lightweight and remains fit over the old mattress. Excellent!! Rizzo.
