Pretty Headboard, Bad Parts

This headboard looks very beautiful and seems sturdy. However, the metal pieces used to bolt the headboard to the bedframe did not at all line up with the spaces in the metal pieces attached to the headboard. I had to have a friend who does welding and steel work take the pieces to his shop and grind the openings so that they would line up with the headboard so the bolts would go through. One of the nuts that came with this kit did not fit at all on the bolts so I was unable to attach the 4th bolt to my frame. The headboard does not wobble or waver much but I still have to go out find a nut that fits on the size bolt this headboard requires. I am glad I got a good deal on this, it is a nice addition to my room and I am overall satisfied, but had I not happened to have a friend who could grind those pieces for me, I would be pretty angry with this thing. I am sure returning something of this size would have been a nightmare!

Exactly what I was looking for!

Love the headboard! It is pure white velvet. It is pinned up between bed and wall right now because the holes on the legs don't match up to our full size bed frame!! My husband is going to mount it to the wall so I can elevate it 4-5 inches higher than the mattress, with pillows on the bed its covered almost halfway up. Beware.

I LOVE MY NEW HEADBOARD

so i order this in november 25 and they said it was going to ship until december 24. but thank god i got it on the 7th. its super soft and it looks super expensive! i didn't hang it or attach it to the spring box, the matress helps it to stand up still. i love it!
